Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long does it take for my product to reach me?
    Your products will be delivered between 3-5 business days. Since our products are mostly handmade jewellery, if any design is out of stock then it might take 10-15 days to replenish the same. In such cases, we shall connect with you.
  • Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
    If your order has not been shipped yet, you can change your shipping address by editing your order right after you place it. If you are unable to edit the order yourself, you can request for a change by writing to us on hello@emburve.com.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your AWB and updates on the email address you have provided. You can also enter the AWB on the shipping company's website and track the status of your order.
  • What are the acceptable methods of payment?
    Currently we are accepting only manual payments. Once you place the order, our team will get in touch with you for payment with the link or QR code sent only through Emburve's official number PH- 7019669770. For further queries please reach out on hello@emburve.com.
  • Where are EMBURVE products sold?
    All EMBURVE products are currently and exclusively available only on our website.
  • What are the countries and cities Emburve is available in?
    Currently, we are only shipping PAN INDIA. In case of international orders, feel free to reach out to our team at hello@emburve.com. Note: Incase of international shipments, the shipping charges will be added to your final bill.
